I started working out at this CrossFit a few short months ago. Let me tell you the Coach Philip Craig is awesome as well as his coach Lindsey. He is motivating and positive and really makes you feel welcomed. I thought CrossFit would be something that I could not do and would be to hardcore because of my fitness level. Since I have been going to CrossFit Hoka Hey I have definitely gotten stronger. Thanks again for really making this transition into becoming a fit person so fun!!!

Clean & friendly atmosphere! While both knowledgeable & patient, Phil Craig offers his members motivation and challenges them to become something better, no matter what their athletic background. Every member is important here. The programming is varied, & you always feel challenged. With a sensible diet & doing CrossFit, I’ve lost fat & have seen gains in my strength (both are still a work in progress). I’m glad to be a part of the Hoka Hey family!

Love it here, we don’t use machines, we are the machine. We encourage and motivate one another, no need to have mirrors while we workout, our sweat speaks for us. Awesome trainer Phil Craig and rest of his team. If your serious about working out this is the place!
